I have neglected eating healthy and exercising because I have been so busy, but I am fixing this now. I’m very fortunate to have the support of a friend of mine (we’ll call her M). She’s joining me on my journey. We’ve created a weekly exercise and food (still in the works) plan and are both very motivated and excited! Here are my starting stats:
Weight: 146 lbs
Bust: 39 in
Waist: 37.5 in
Hips: 39.25 in
